Who's This Program For?

This program has been designed specifically for 1st time gym goers or for any individual who has reached a plateau in their training & progress.


We start right at the beginning explaining the science behind strength training. We also explain how strength training will help you to add muscle giving you the lean Toned Up athletic body you've always wanted.


We have a specific section “for the ladies” where we discuss some of the myths regarding ladies and weight training.
