What I Love About Bodyapeel Mandurah

I love the old school health club vibe and layout of Bodyapeel, it’s unpretentious and has absolutely everything you need. You never have to wait for equipment and there is a huge range of free weights and cardio machines. What I enjoy the most is that it’s a family run business and I feel like I’m a valuable member of the team, there’s nothing worse than feeling like a number or a statistic. 


One of the first things you notice when you walk through the doors at Bodyapeel apart from the welcoming atmosphere from the staff is that THERE ARE NO EGOS!!!

At the risk of sounding like an old fart, I have been in the health & fitness industry for over 15 years now. I started off as a receptionist where I learnt the ins and outs of running a health club, moved on to selling memberships as part of the sales team and within two years had worked my way up to Club Manager. After a couple of years as an Area Manager I decided to follow my true passion, as a coach. I’m very approachable and friendly and I can confidently train people of all age groups to achieve a wide variety of results.


I have a genuine passion for programming and designing plans for my clients whether that be helping them achieve general health & fitness goals or sports specific training. I aim to deliver high quality one on one personal training sessions with a 100% emphasis on improving form and technique. I have a huge interest in fitness and have branched out into Strength & Conditioning, working with rugby union players at Rugby WA and Cottesloe Rugby Union and also CrossFit of which I plan to get qualified in the near future. I’m always trying to learn more for my own muscle and fitness goals but also as a coach so I can draw on the these skills to develop programs that are results based and fun and varied but also programs that challenge myself as a coach as much as for the client.
