Shut Up and Spin

An intense exercise program suitable for all fitness levels, perfect for weight loss, improved body tone and endurance. Each class covers hill climbing, racing, sprinting, intervals and spinning. Spin involves high-intensity aerobic and resistance training techniques aimed at burning calories, blasting fat and improving muscle tone.

This is a 60 min fitness class that includes boxing! Boxing fitness training will increase your fitness with a combination of cardio and strength exercises using basic boxing technique to gain great results. It is mainly designed for people that enjoy boxing with some cross training/circuit style training and whilst having fun too.

Metafit is a High Intensity Interval Training bodyweight training system which gets results. It is a functional and effective metabolic workout that will change the way you train, it’s aim is to get your heart rate going and keep it going the whole class! You will burn fat for approx. 24-36 hours after just one 30 min workout.

MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.  MetaPWR develops strength and power not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training, but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises.
